IHCLab leader Pedro Santana is a co-author of a study recently published in Avances en Interacción Humano-Computadora. This research was conducted in collaboration with the Centre for Research on Pandemics & Society (PANSOC) at Oslo Metropolitan University and the School of Public Health at Georgia State University. The study aims to develop and validate a Balanced Scorecard, a tool designed to analyze survey responses from students at a Mexican university during the COVID-19 pandemic.
